How to use the editor: drag, duplicate, zeros, bold, titles and annotations
Click above a tab to add its title, or in the strip above a column to annotate it. Enter saves, Escape cancels and Shift+Enter adds a line. Titles and annotations are saved automatically. The keys highlighted in colour are the ones to press.
Drag and drop
Click a note, drag it to another string or beat and drop it.
If you drag from an empty spot you select several notes and move them together.Duplicate a column
With the cursor on a beat, press Alt (or ⌘ on a Mac) together with → to copy its notes to the next beat.
Add zeros
For chords with open strings, press Alt (or ⌘) together with 0 and the empty strings of the beat are filled with 0.
Bold
With the cursor on a note, press B to toggle bold. If several notes are selected, the change applies to all of them.
Tab title
Click the line above a tab, type the title and press Enter to save it. Esc cancels.
Annotate a column
Click the strip above a column and type anything: a lyric, a bar number, a chord. If it is a chord (like Am, G7 or Cmaj7), tap it afterwards to see its fingering. Double-click the chord to edit the annotation.
